Fast flowing sections intertwined with deep curves. This is the Pasleka river between the dam reservoir in Pierzchaly and Braniewo. We would like to invite you to the banks. The target – first of all giant chub. The Pasleka river is very differentiated on this section. Steep slopes, wild banks, meadow sections with easy access, walls over both sides of the river – all these descriptions are right as far as this section of the Pasleka river is concerned.
Tough, sometimes high banks don’t make the access to the water any easier. We know how to find angler-friendly spots, we know where and how to use a small wobbling bait in order to feel the pulsing weigh of a chub which is often more than 50 cm long, at the end of your angle.
We don’t guarantee that a one-day fishing trip will always end with so beautiful chubs. You mustn’t forget that chub are one of the most carful fish living in Polish rivers, especially chub of that size.
We do guarantee, however, that our guides regularly catch exactly such fish. They know which spots may be most effective in each season of the year. They have necessary experience to apply the proper bait. Faster water, slower curve, wobbling, rubber bait, or maybe a spinner bait? Only our guides know answers to these questions. And local chubs do…
The bycatch at a chub fishing trip may be trout, pike or even salmon. We will try to talk you into focusing on chub. They are very brave and beautiful. Feel invited.

Arek Mackiewicz. He has been a fisherman nearly all his life. The Zulawy Region and the surrounding channels are a real angling range – both for float anglers and ground anglers but first of all for spinning anglers. With numerous fisheries, they provide perfect conditions not disturbed by too many anglers.
